Shipping FAQ
1. Do you ship to **(country) ?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
2. Do you ship to a PO BOX address?
Yes, we do ship to PO BOX via economy shipping, but express shipping is unable to reach a PO BOX address as it requires a signature.
3. Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for every package we ship out.
4. How many days does your delivery take?
Normally, it takes 7 - 10 working days via standard shipping and 20 - 30 working days by economy shipping. Moreover, it may take 1-2 months to South America (Brazil, Argentina etc.), Africa, and the Russian Federation due to more difficulty of transport and customs issues.
5. I want to receive my order quickly and urgently through express shipping.
We do provide an express shipping service. However, some customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
6. If I did not receive my package for a long time, which has exceeded the promised delivery time you provided, what should I do?
Please communicate with our Customer Service department by email through cs@babemabelle.com, and we will try our best to help you.
7. What will happen if there is no one home to accept the delivery?
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to let you know that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card. Please kindly check your mailbox.
8. I paid for express shipping but I am in a country which requires customs duty. How can I deal with this?
In consideration of our customers' benefit, We are forced to ship your order by regular mail. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control we can't guarrante no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. But we will refund your payment for express shipping(if you have paid) to your account within 24 hours.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
9.It is urgent that I receive my order through express shipping?
Babemabelle is happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Note: If you choose express shipping, please remember to leave your contact number, this is required for express shipping.
10.Delivery
Your tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 3-5 working days by email after we received your payment.
Note: If you choose the Economy Shipping, your parcel will be directly delivered your home only one time or it will send to your local post office then you need to take your tracking number and your personal ID to collect your items. We will inform you immediately once your parcel have been sent out.
